Best Cathay Pacific CM Ever.

i found the Cathay Pacific commercial i talked about on their corporate site, ch-ch-check it out!

From what i wrote on January 21, 2005:

Dude, i just saw the best commercial EVER. I was just sending some e-mails with the tv sitting across the living room and this commercial came on with this annoying little girl hauling a pink mickey mouse luggage around everywhere and started yelling continuously:

“How far is the place? Is it as far as the Great Wall of China? Is it as far as the London Bridge? Is it as far as grandma’s place? is it as far as the Effiel Tower? Is it as far as America’s Boston? Is it as far as.. “(well you get the point)

At this point, i just stopped doing what i did (because u KNOW how much i hate kids) and said to myself, “What is this shit,” and went over to my telly… and the little girl just kept on being fucking annoying..

Finally the scene changed to her being on the plane, everyone around her sleeping.. and she was annoying as ever.. until a flight attendant from Cathay Pacific came up to her and gave her a cup of ice cream.. and she totally shut the fuck up! The commercial ended with a voiceover, It’s the details you don’t notice that’s the most valuable.

P.S. I only said fuck (twice) cuz i HATE kids.
